About Poppy

I’m a 50 something guy who loves God, his family, the mountains, baseball, BBQ, a good micro brewed beer (preferably a little malty, a little hoppy with a crisp finish), underwear that fit right and dead mosquitos.

I discovered a few years ago that by writing down my random thought processes it helped to calm the demons in my head. Occasionally though, they escape and wreck havoc. Then I spend a few days hunting them down and stomping them into extinction.  Sometimes I miss one or two. Oh well. No one’s perfect.
